Registration is now open!
The conference is open to the public, but prior registration before 31 May 2019 is mandatory.
(for panelists, thank you in advance to take care that all presenters are registered).
Fees include registration, coffee breaks, lunches and the opening reception.
Regular: 150 EUR*
Students: 50 EUR*
The reduced fee is available to students (BA/MA/PhD students). An ID might be asked at the registration desk.
Other options like furnace visit (6 EUR) and the Saturday night party (25 EUR) are described here. Make sure to book them if you want to participate.

How to register
Registrations are managed by the ConfTool system. Please follow the link below and create a user account in the ConfTool system, then choose “Register as Participant” and follow all the steps. A registration confirmation will be sent to you per email and will also be available as print-out in the ConfTool system. Other forms of registration are not accepted.
Proceed with the payment (using bank transfer) within the next 7 days to complete your registration.
The preferred method of payment is via bank transfer.
For non-EU-attendees there is the additional option to pay by credit card on site during the conference. Please note that cash is not accepted.

Important: the reference and in particular the code C-AGR-1077-10-K is very important. Please include it!
Proof of payment and receipt
After your payment is received, you will get within 2 weeks a formal payment receipt by e-mail and as print-out in the ConfTool system and your registration is complete.
Important: For most institutions, this payment receipt is sufficient for a reimbursement. However, should you require a complementary formal invoice from the University of Luxembourg, then contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before sending the money.
